Jamaican Pearl is a fast growing and high yielding variety that is appreciated by all growers. The extensive flower structure is due to the differences between Caribbean sativas and related Southeast Asian sativas. Although wild tropical sativas, naturally occurring in the region, predominate in their genetic makeup, many of the cannabis strains grown in Jamaica have relatively recent associations with indica strains that have been brought to the islands from the Indian subcontinent in recent centuries. Our favorite pieces of Jamaican Pearl Feminized are those whose buds have distinct indica and sativa characteristics, and are wrapped in the deep and spicy "green oil" scent of the collie it comes from.
